Kitchen Manager

Department: Heart of House/Kitchen
Location: Wilson, NC

Chick-fil-A Wilson Managers are servant leaders who strive for success. Their mission is to provide guests with a REMARKable experience by ensuring Team Members are attentive and courteous, food is served fresh and fast, and the restaurant remains refreshingly clean throughout the day.  Coaching and training opportunities abound as Managers help shape Team Members into better versions of themselves and future leaders.  We ask all applicants considering management within our restaurant to be willing and available to a two year employment commitment.  This is a full-time position and open availability is preferred.


  • Age 18 or older
  • Willing to work 3 Saturdays per month
  • Able to work 4 or more days per week
  • Previous leadership experience 
  • Positive attitude, high integrity, and servant spirit are essential
